SHIPPING AND RETURNS

If you wish to return a product, please ensure it is shipped back to us within 6 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. The item must be unused, unwashed, and free from any odor. Once we receive your return, it will go through a quality check. Crest reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the piece does not pass this check.

Refunds are processed in the form of store credit only. Our return/exchange window lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer store credit or exchanges beyond this period.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Claims for faulty items will not be accepted after 24 hours.

For cancellations, please get in touch with us through the ‘Contact Us’ link on our website. If eligible, you may opt for store credit or select an alternative product.


MADE-TO-MEASURE ORDERS
As each made-to-measure piece is crafted to your specific requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these orders. However, we do offer alterations where possible. If you wish to have your garment altered, please ship it back to us within 7 days of delivery and bear the shipping charges.


ON-SALE PURCHASES
Items purchased on sale cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged once the order has been placed.
